Broken Arrow
(Serval)
DOB Unknown

Broken Arrow was traded to BCR by Virginia Spiegel of Clearwater, Florida for a young bobcat on 12-25-1993 with the understanding that the serval would remain at the sanctuary and not be sold. In spite of this agreement, USDA papers show that he was indeed sold in 1995. We spoke to Virginia who told us that the bobcat she got in trade was sick, underweight, flea infested, and anemic but managed to survive after months of vet bills and a lot of TLC. Unless you believe you rescue cats to sell them, this cat was not rescued.
