Cleo-Cat-Tra - (Deceased Bobcat)
There were several cats named Cleo-Cat-Tra over the years. The Wildlife On Easy Street Safari Guide tells us that one of these was born at their own facility of breeders Windsong, a cat bought from W.W.A.A. auction in 1992 for $780 and The Great Pretender, bought at Lolli Bros auction for $350 along with his littermate Precious, also bought for $350. This Cleo-Cat-Tra also had a littermate that was named Breezy. Unless you believe it is honest to buy cats from auctions to breed them and then tell your donors these cats were rescued, these 5 cats, Cleo-Cat-Tra, Windsong, The Great Pretender,Precious, and Breezy, were NOT rescued.

Date of Birth: 4/14/96
Cleo-Cat-Tra was born here on Easy Street to Windsong and The Great Pretender. Windsong raised her in the den but allowed Carole to handle her and also help wean her. Unfortunately, Cleo bonded to Carole and no one else and is afraid of strangers. She was brought in the house after being weaned and over time has become more trusting of people.

Cleo-Cat-Tra watched a Spider who was weaving a web of hundreds of intricate patterns that caught the glistening morning dew. The Spider taught Cleo-Cat-Tra that the web symbolizes the infinite possibilities of creation. She said that humans often get caught up in their own web of illusion in the physical world and forget to look beyond the horizon into other dimensions. It is typical human nature to get caught up in the notion of good or bad fortune. Cleo-Cat-Tra urges us to remember that we can change our fortune at any time. All we have to do is to remember that we are all part of one web of life and like each of the strands of spider's web, we are all intricately connected. Most importantly she asks that we remember that we are infinite beings who will continue to weave the pattern of life and living throughout all time. Remember to see the expansiveness of the eternal plan.
Big Cat Rescue - Present
Today as we were saying "Good-bye" to Selena Bobcat, Cleo Cat Tra was found "down", unresponsive in her Cat-a-Tat. She had been on treatment since 2003 for her heavy breathing, but the medication made her heavy, which didn't help with her breathing issue.
Her diet was strictly monitored and her medications were carefully administered, which is probably the only reason she lived as long as she did. Cleo was 16 and appears to have suffered a stroke or seizure.
She was not acting sickly and went very quickly.
She had been taken in to Ehrlich Animal Hospital for treatment, but her blood work showed advanced kidney disease. When she stopped breathing on her own during the exam, it was decided to let her go.
